Autoclavable Mat

The Autoclavable Mat provides comfort in sterile environments including operating rooms, pharmacies where medicines are mixed, laboratories, radiology rooms and HazMat areas. The SBR/Nitrile compound is resilient, and totally anti-microbial. Tested to withstand extensive sterilization in an autoclave, the mat’s solid, non-porous surface can also be wiped clean. The “domed” surface design provides an ideal level of comfort, while the individual size fits flat into standard autoclaves for efficient, effective cleaning. Color: Gray (GY).

An ideal anti-fatigue mat for sterile ares, the Autoclavable mat provides comfort in operating rooms, pharmacies, laboratories, radiology rooms etc.  USP 797 compliant. The domed design provides long lasting comfort during extended shifts or surgeries. Its non porous rubber compound is 100% anti-microbial and will withstand extensive sterilization/ autoclaving. The 2' x 3' size fits flat into standard autoclaves and is easily replaced after cleaning. It can also be gamma sterilized or simply wiped clean. The Autoclavable mat is Latex Free.

Cleaning Guidlines: Autoclave - Lay flat in an autoclave. Clean for 20 minutes at 15 psi and 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Manual - Use a mixture of hot water and mild soap (like Ivory Liquid) with a PH between 4.0 and 9.0 and wipe the mat down.

Another option is to use a pre-moistened wipe such as Sani-Cloth HB or Sani-Cloth Plus both of which have very low levels of alcohol.
