A Production Update for M+A Customers
Recent supply chain issues and labor shortages are resulting in slightly longer production times for some products. Any products that are experiencing delays have been listed below and are updated weekly. Our inventory levels of stocked items is diminished on many items. As a result, those items are typically leaving our warehouse within 4 business days versus the standard 1 to 2 business days.
- Berber Roll Goods - Current production time is 22 business days
- Brush Hog Mats - Current production time is 10-12 business days
- Carpeted Mats (shipped parcel) - Current production time is 5-7 business days for parcel orders and 21-23 business days for freight orders. This includes ColorStar, Classic Solutions, Solutions Plus, MicroLuxx, Plush.
- Comfort Flow - Stock levels are diminished, and parcel orders are typically produced within 4 business days; 35 business days for freight orders
- Complete Comfort - Current production time is 10 business days for parcel and LTL/freight orders.
- Cushion Max Mats - Current production time is 10-12 business days
- Cushion Station - Current production time is 10-12 business days
- Enviro Plus Mats - Current production time is 10-12 business days
- GetFit StandUp Mats - Current production time is 8-10 business days
- Happy Feet Mats - Current production time is 8-10 business days
- Hog Heaven Mats - Current production time for Hog Heaven is 10-31 business days
- Hog Heaven Marble - We are currently experiencing material shortages with this product. Midnight Swirl (black) is out of stock and expected to arrive back in stock in late January. Blue Merle and Granite Dusk (grey) are in stock and have current production times of 31+ business days.
- Hog Heaven III Modular - Current production times is 10-12 business days for black border, except for large orders (100+ 36" tiles or 400+ 18" tiles) which have a longer lead time. Consult your M+A rep for details. We are currently experiencing a shortage of yellow tape. Tiles/mats with striped borders have a longer lead time.

- Berber Roll Goods Inlay are taking 12-14 business days
- Classic Impressions HD are taking 5-7 business days
- ColorStar Impressions are taking 5-7 days due to delays with that line
- Floor Impressions are taking 18 business days
- Hog Heaven Impressions are taking 18 business days
- WaterHog Eco Elite Roll Goods Inlay - are taking 26-28 business days
- WaterHog Impressions are taking 5-7 business days
- WaterHog Inlay mats are taking 24 business days.
- SuperScrape Impressions are taking 18 business days.
- Safety Scrape - Current production time is 31 business days for both parcel and LTL/freight.
- SuperScrape & SuperScrape Plus - Stock levels are diminished, and parcel orders are typically produced within 4 business days; 31 business days for freight orders
- Switchboard Matting - Switchboard mats have a current lead time of 5-6 weeks.
- WaterHog Mats - Current production time is 10-26 business days; except for WaterHog Plus which is at 37 business days.
- WaterHog Eco Elite Roll Goods - Current production time is 26-28 business days
- WaterHog Tiles - Production time for tiles is 15-20 business days.
- Large Volume Orders & LTL - Large volume orders, regardless of product type, are currently experiencing delays. If you have questions about a specific order you have placed, please contact your sales representative or our customer service team. We will do our best to provide you an accurate shipping date.
