Shipping & Handling

There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products unless it is previously discussed, if your order is under $50, then you will be charged a flat $10 shipping and handling fee. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and approve them, we will then place your order. If you have a larger order that requires freight shipping, our free shipping option cover curb side delivery ONLY. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock and require a lift gate, inside delivery, or any additional services, please let us know prior to shipping and we will give you a quote for these service. Any additional fees created by customer such as change in address after order has shipped, refusal of delivery and any additional inside delivery or services are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for all charges and we will be charged using the original method of payment for these charges.

Canadian Shipments

For Canadian shipments, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout depening on the size of the order however, each individual order needs to be looked at to determine if anything extra is needed to place the order. If there is additional shipping we will notify you of the charges before actually placing the order. All customs, duties and brokerage fees that may apply after delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Volume Discounts and Quotes

When receiving a volume quote the free shipping no longer applies nor does the first time buyers discount. When receiving a volume quote the shipping is listed on your quote as we offer the lowest possible price in all aspects of your quote. The free shipping and discount codes only apply on the listed website prices. We do our best to offer the best possible discounts we can on volume orders and we list everything for you to compare costs.

About our Matting Products

All mats sizes listed on our website are approximate and rounded to the nearest foot. Most of our floor mats have a +/- tolerance of up to 3% on the length and the width can be 2"- 3" less than described. If you have questions about the actual size of a mat, please contact our customer service department via phone or email.

Purchase Orders

We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. All terms are net 15 days from delivery of product. There is also a $1,000.00 minimum for all purchase orders. All purchase orders and checks must be made payable to DB Industrial Supply, LLC and sent to the address below:

If you would like to see a sample of a product you are interested in purchasing, please send an email to [email protected] with your complete shipping address, product name and color of the sample you would like to see. Most samples are free of charge and will ship within 24 hours.


Please contact customer service via email or phone to request an RA# (return authorization) and instructions for returns. Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted. Product must not be used and in original packaging. Some products may be non-returnable.

Some orders will incur a restocking fee, especially orders over $500.00. The restocking fees on average are 25% of the total order cost but vary from mill to mill and you will be alerted of this charge before your return is authorized. The customer is responsible for all aspects of the return including any charges and set up of the shipping back to the location provided. Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible at no charge to the customer. Any custom products such as such as quoted custom sizes, logo mats, boat decking products, sports flooring, Roppe products, clearance orders, etc are non-returnable.

If shipping was charged on your order, you will be refunded for the product only, not the shipping charges. All refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by our customer service department, and will be returned to sender at the customers expense. All RA numbers need to be printed either on the package(s) or shipping label, or both.


Certain products can be exchanged for a different color, size or product type without paying a restocking fee depending on the manufacturers exchange policy. In this case, the customer would need to contact customer service to obtain an RA#, and would be responsible for the shipping charges back to the manufacturer, and the shipping charges for the new items being shipped back out to the customer. Customers can choose thier own shipping method for the return shipping using UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or other.


Some orders can be cancelled within 24 hours prior to shipping. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to stop and cancel the order until the order is delivered. In this scenario, you would want to accept the delivery, and call or email our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return shipping address/instructions. Please DO NOT refuse any deliveries if you want to cancel/return. This can result in outgoing/return shipping charges and possible restocking fees at the customers expense. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and production has begun, regardless if the items have shipped or not.


Any credits issued will be made by the same method of original payment. All credits are also issued after authorization by management within 30 days of that authorization date. Unless otherwise posted, all notices will be in the form of email. sells only the top quality products. We have done our homework so you do not have to!

Shipping Delays

Most orders arrive within two weeks or sooner. If for any reason your order is taking longer than normal, please feel free to contact our customer service department during normal business hours for an update. We do our best to stay on top of any delays or backorders, however some mills do not alert us of these delays so it is a good idea to give us a call if and when an order is taking longer than average.
