There are many different uses for rubber in the world today, and one of the most common uses is for making Sports Flooring. Fitness is a growing industry and thus there is an exponentially growing demand for Rubber Gym Flooring of all types.

Sports flooring can come in different forms using different additives. For example, our Premium Soft Floor Tiles are injected with air to create a spongy rubber foam material that is suitable for children’s play areas, Yoga and Pilates studios, or light duty home gyms. We also offer to Soft Rubber Floor Tiles which combines the soft floor base with a dense recycled rubber surface layer resulting in an affordable interlocking flooring perfect for home gyms with weights and machines.

Other rubber flooring like our SureFlexx Interlocking Gym Tiles and Survivor Rolled Rubber Flooring are both made from 100% recycled car tires to create an inexpensive yet extremely durable sports flooring used in Gold’s Gym, UFC Gyms and other professional gyms across the world. A percentage of color flecks can also be added to this material during the manufacturing process to represent your business logo colors or create your own personalized flooring. The SureFlexx Tile comes as interlocking 2’ x 2’ tiles that are easy for the typical do-it-yourselfer to snap together and create an instant gym flooring in their home or business. The benefit of these tiles is that there is no adhesive required so the tiles can easily be moved or replaced if needed. The Survivor Rolled Rubber or SureFlexx Straight Cut Tiles on the other hand, is more of a permanent solution. The benefit to this glue down material is that it is generally less expensive and a lot less seams. For larger applications, we also offer the Lock Mat 4’ x 4’ interlocking tile which will give you the ease of an interlocking flooring but with less seams than a 2’ x 2’ tile.

Some of our other gym flooring products like the Best Flex Sports Flooring Tiles are made using virgin rubber which are typically more dense and therefore more durable than recycled rubber and can also be made in solid color tiles for use in upscale fitness centers. This product line also offers beveled edges and corner sections for a finished look when not used for wall to wall applications. The Diamond Mega Plate Mat is made from the same virgin rubber but comes in a 4’ x 4’ precision cut tile for loose lay applications with a diamond plate surface for a sleek industrial look.
