What are anti-fatigue mats? These mats are designed to reduce fatigue that is caused by standing for long periods on hard surface (e.g.,. cement floors). Fatigue-reducing mats can be made of various materials including closed cell pvc foam, rubber, carpeting materials and vinyl.

Why use anti-fatigue matting? Anti-fatigue mats are often used to decrease foot weariness for workers who stand in one position for long periods, boosting morale and productivity. Comfortable floor mats are also used to create a safer work place. Some Anti-fatigue matting offers a very high slip resistance in greasy or wet areas by using textured or grit top surfaces. Is it necessary to buy an anti-fatigue mat for standing employees?
