Logo Mats are custom made to order and are non-returnable. Any changes or cancellations cannot be attempted once the order is placed. Colors or computer generated artwork do not accurately match actual mat colors, please refer to actual color samples and check for spelling and typographical errors as text is generally re-set on our design. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and approve all aspects of the proof attached before ordering. Most logo mat sizes are approximate (with the exception of the Power Loc Berber Inlay Mat) and run up to 3%-5% short on width and length due to rubber/vinyl shrinkage during production.
