Description

Teebaud Non-Skid Underlay outperforms any other non-slip rug or matting pad on the market today. This non-slip rug backing is reversible for use on wall to wall carpeting, tile, hardwoods or tile. Use the gray side up for carpeting and white side up for all other hard surfaces. Teebaud is made with a specially formulated water based preassure sensitive dry adhesive that is guaranteed to be skid proof, odorless and harmless to carpets, floors and floor finishes. 

Installation:

TEEBAUD® is a multi-purpose non-skid underlay pad. It can be used on wall-to-wall carpeting or on smooth flooring surfaces. In order to obtain maximum satisfaction and the best results with TEEBAUD®, here are the installation procedures to be followed:

RUG on wall-to-wall carpeting:

• Cut TEEBAUD® about 1″-3″ smaller than the rug to be installed
• Remove the plastic release liner
• Place TEEBAUD®’s white side down, facing the wall-to-wall carpeting
• Then place the rug on top of TEEBAUD®’s gray side.

RUG on smooth flooring surface:

• Cut TEEBAUD® about 1″-3″ smaller than the rug to be installed
• Remove the plastic release liner
• Place TEEBAUD®’s gray side down, facing the smooth floor
• Then place the rug on top of TEEBAUD®’s white side.

Cutting

TEEBAUD® can be easily cut with scissors or a utility knife.

Floor Preparation

Prior to installing TEEBAUD®, the floor should be vacuumed, clean and dry. Do not install TEEBAUD® on a wet floor. In order to obtain a long-lasting non-skid performance, avoid frequent removal and re-installation of TEEBAUD® from its designated installation area.

Oversized Rugs

If several pieces of TEEBAUD® are necessary for one rug, simply apply as many pieces as needed, side-by-side. Taping or splicing is NOT necessary.
